Alex McCullough tells of a gift from a Jewish family, a photo book called “The Family of Man,” and a chance meeting with a homeless stranger in New York City. Together they taught him that there is no “they,” only a “we” bound together in the family of God. He brought the lesson to the Iowa CFO in 1992.
