The Aqueduct Conference of 1994 was the first held away from Chapel Hill, and it opens with Tommy Tyson unpacking the name: an aqueduct carries water by gravity alone, and no one can be denied access to it. He then hands the weekend to the resource person, his longtime friend Wayne McLean. Audio is poor and the tape breaks off in mid-sentence.
