Members of the CFO group in Richmond held a weekend retreat in October 1974, and from April 6 to 11, 1975, campers gathered for a full week at the Mariner Resort Motor Inn in Virginia Beach. From 1981 campers gathered in the spring at the Virginia United Methodist Assembly Center in Blackstone. The recordings run from 1981 to 1999, most from April, and include Al Durrance, John Hobbs, Kay Reed, Horace Hilton, Charles Leonard and Dan Yutzy, among others.

by Horace Hilton · April 1, 1989

He passes on his grandmother's warning that the only thing worse than intelligence on ice is ignorance on fire, and turns to John 5 and the God who makes each day new.

by Charles Leonard · May 6, 1990
Built on Psalm 37:4, Charles Leonard traces at the 1990 Virginia Tidewater CFO how God planted and then met specific desires: through crisis, an overwhelming anointing, and a healing ministry run out of his own home. A prophecy about repairing the breach, and a prompting to go and see a man he barely knew, mark the turns.
