At the Arkansas CFO in 2004, she tells how her dying mother’s hand on her face later fulfilled Isaiah 61’s promise to “rebuild the old ruins.”
Anna Marie Sheffield tells how she was healed of a year of anger after her young son’s death. She then describes a dream in which Jesus swaps her old, cluttered truck for a new one carrying jeweled necklaces, a picture of intimacy through prayer. She shared it at the 2004 Arkansas CFO.

Jack follows with the story of a skeptical senior warden whose hands catch fire in prayer. The couple then lay hands on campers for arthritis, numbness, and other pain.
Jack Sheffield preaches Psalm 78 at the 2004 Arkansas CFO, warning that “the greatest sin in the church today is unbelief” and that “you will only perceive what you expect to perceive.” He tells of twenty years of praying for his brother Roy, who came to Christ at an altar call, asked forgiveness of every person he had hurt, and was reconciled with his son.
Jack Sheffield describes the anointing of the Holy Spirit as tangible and transferable. He tells of the evangelist R.W. Schambach, who wore candy while he preached, and of a woman whose mentally ill sister was delivered after secretly eating a piece of that candy in an asylum. He gave this message at the Arkansas CFO in 2004.

He retells how Dodie Osteen was healed of terminal liver cancer by repeatedly declaring “by his stripes I am healed.” He also tells of a woman with emphysema who was healed after he prayed she would “eat bread” instead of the stones of her disappointment.
Jack Sheffield preaches that the devil fears the campers’ God-given authority, or “badge,” more than any weapon. He illustrates it with his own account of coming to Christ in 1973, and with the story of Holy Hubert Lindsey, who was badly beaten while confronting Black Panthers during the Berkeley riots.
