This talk comes from the 1958 North Florida CFO. Frank Laubach retells a fellow speaker’s vision of Jesus waiting at the door of a person’s mind, refusing to enter except as ruler on the throne. He then walks campers through the three Greek words for love. Love in the movement, he explains, is real when it reaches people who are not lovable at all.
Opening the North Florida CFO in 1958, Ruth Robison asks for more faith, using a soft-shell crab caught half in its old shell as the picture of a believer unwilling to leave an outgrown pattern.

At the North Florida CFO in 1958, Ruth Robison reads Revelation 21 from an Aramaic translation and recounts a dream of a woman freed from a box too small for her. She turns it into a letter written along the walls of a train.

A guide on the Matterhorn ties the rope to himself before he ties it to you. Ruth Robison uses it to ask whether Jesus is a guide her hearers actually know rather than one they only admire, and she tells the North Florida CFO in 1958 how a railway porter taught her not to take another person’s burden, since carrying it puts you to sleep.

A man with nothing else put his two streetcar tickets in the plate and walked home, and Norman Elliott tells the 1958 North Florida CFO that faith is exercised rather than received. He grew up crossing millions of bridges that were never there, and reckons the fear people already carry proves how much faith they have to spend.
