Roger Youmans reports on the Christian Healing Center he founded in San Diego, its framework of body, soul and spirit, its counseling and scripture therapy, and the succession of physicians who joined the practice in answer to prayer. He gives the report to the Prayer Unlimited Retreat in 1979.
A healing team is held together by the mind of Christ rather than by technique, Roger Youmans tells the Prayer Unlimited Retreat in 1979, using a cell that stops serving the body as his picture of cancer. Then he describes his son John’s death in a car wreck, his wife’s vision of the boy in a white tunic, and the memorial in Tulsa two days after another speaker had buried a son of his own.
