Floyd Faust, at Indiana CFO, retells the parable of the prodigal son from the elder brother’s side. A hardworking farmer named Dives builds three farms, neglects his wife, and turns away his sick former farmhand Lazarus. When Dives dies, Father Abraham tells him that a “great gulf” now divides them forever.
