Alex McCullough tells how he and his wife lost twin sons, Alexander and Fontaine, shortly after birth. They kept a poem about a redwood tree that “forgives a wound” and grows a bowl from it. He also recalls forgiving his alcoholic father in a vision, and forgiving his brother Mitch, who lived out his life with polio. He told the story at the 1991 Nebraska CFO.
